सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव की अध्यक्षता में भारतीय सिनेमा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दो बड़े फैसले लिए गए हैं। प्रसून जोशी की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्च-स्तरीय कमेटी और 'मॉडल स्टेट सिनेमा रेगुलेशन' से फिल्म उद्योग को वैश्विक स्तर पर प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाया जाएगा।

🎬 मुख्य पहल और फोकस के क्षेत्र:
- प्रसून जोशी की अध्यक्षता में स्टडी ग्रुप: प्रसार भारती के अध्यक्ष प्रसून जोशी (Prasoon Joshi) की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्च-स्तरीय 'स्टडी ग्रुप' का गठन किया गया है। यह समूह भारतीय सिनेमा के सामने आने वाले अवसरों और चुनौतियों का अध्ययन करेगा और इसे विश्व स्तर पर प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाने के उपाय सुझाएगा।
- मॉडल स्टेट सिनेमा रेगुलेशन: मंत्रालय ने राज्यों द्वारा अपनाए जाने के लिए एक 'मॉडल स्टेट सिनेमा रेगुलेशन' (Model State Cinema Regulations) भी तैयार किया है। इन नियमों को सभी राज्य सरकारों को भेजकर इसे लागू करने का अनुरोध किया गया है।
- बुनियादी ढांचा और नई तकनीक: बैठक में फिल्म निर्माण को बढ़ाने, वितरण नेटवर्क (Distribution networks) में सुधार करने और सिनेमा इकोसिस्टम में उभरती हुई नई तकनीकों को एकीकृत करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। विशेष रूप से छोटे शहरों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सिनेमा के बुनियादी ढांचे में निवेश को प्रोत्साहित करने पर जोर दिया गया है।
🌍 वैश्विक स्तर पर मिलेगी पहचान
इन पहलों का मुख्य उद्देश्य एक मजबूत, आधुनिक और विश्व स्तर पर प्रतिस्पर्धी भारतीय फिल्म उद्योग का निर्माण करना है। राज्य स्तर पर नियमों में एकरूपता (Uniformity) लाने से फिल्म मेकर्स को आसानी होगी और क्षेत्रीय सिनेमा भी विश्व पटल पर अपनी जगह बना सकेगा।

- High-Level Study Group: A dedicated Study Group has been formed under the chairmanship of Prasar Bharati Chairman Prasoon Joshi. This group will extensively study the opportunities and challenges facing Indian cinema and recommend measures to make it globally competitive.
- Model State Cinema Regulations: To streamline operations, the Ministry has prepared a 'Model State Cinema Regulations' draft. It has been sent to all state governments with a strong request for adoption, aiming to build a modern and unified cinematic framework.
- Infrastructure & Tech Integration: The meeting focused on enhancing film production, improving distribution networks, and integrating emerging technologies into the ecosystem. Special emphasis was laid on encouraging investment in cinema infrastructure across smaller towns and rural areas.
