प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और जापान की पीएम साने ताकाइची ने नई दिल्ली में वार्षिक शिखर सम्मेलन किया। इस दौरान दोनों देशों के बीच रक्षा, एआई (AI), ऊर्जा सुरक्षा और फार्मास्यूटिकल्स के क्षेत्र में कई अहम और ऐतिहासिक समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

🤝 प्रमुख समझौते और मुख्य आकर्षण:
- AI और प्रौद्योगिकी साझेदारी: प्रौद्योगिकी को सहयोग का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण स्तंभ बताते हुए दोनों देशों ने AI पर एक 'संयुक्त बयान' जारी किया। जापान की 'सटीक तकनीक' (Precision tech) और भारत की सॉफ्टवेयर क्षमताओं का तालमेल वैश्विक AI विकास को नई ताकत देगा।
- रक्षा क्षेत्र में सह-विकास: एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाते हुए, दोनों देशों ने आज रक्षा क्षेत्र में भारत और जापान के बीच पहले 'सह-विकास प्रोजेक्ट' (Co-development project) पर एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं।
- ऊर्जा सुरक्षा और बायोगैस: 'भारत-जापान बायोगैस पहल' के माध्यम से भारत के गांवों में 1,000 बायोगैस और जैविक उर्वरक संयंत्र (Organic fertiliser plants) स्थापित किए जाएंगे, जिससे ग्रामीण आजीविका को नई ताकत मिलेगी।
- स्वतंत्र इंडो-पैसिफिक: पीएम मोदी ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि एक स्वतंत्र और खुला 'इंडो-पैसिफिक' (Indo-Pacific) दोनों देशों की साझा प्राथमिकता है और आज के समय में आपसी विश्वास ही सबसे बड़ी संपत्ति है।
🌍 आर्थिक सुरक्षा पर विशेष फोकस
आर्थिक सुरक्षा इस रिश्ते के एक प्रमुख स्तंभ के रूप में उभरी है। टोक्यो में आयोजित पहले आर्थिक सुरक्षा संवाद के दौरान, दोनों पक्षों ने रणनीतिक सहयोग के लिए पांच क्षेत्रों की पहचान की थी: सेमीकंडक्टर, महत्वपूर्ण खनिज, फार्मास्यूटिकल्स, स्वच्छ ऊर्जा और सूचना व संचार प्रौद्योगिकी (ICT)। यह यात्रा दोनों देशों के बीच 'विशेष रणनीतिक और वैश्विक साझेदारी' को आगे बढ़ाने में एक मील का पत्थर है।

🤝 Key Highlights & Agreements:
- AI & Tech Partnership: Highlighting that technology is the most important pillar of cooperation, both nations issued a Joint Statement on AI. The convergence of Japan’s precision technology with India’s software capabilities will give new momentum to global AI development.
- Defence Co-Development: Breaking new ground, both nations signed a historic agreement on their very first co-development project in the field of defence.
- Energy Security & Bio-gas: Through the India-Japan Bio-gas Initiative, 1,000 biogas and organic fertiliser plants will be established in India to boost sustainability and rural livelihoods.
- Shared Vision: PM Modi stressed that a free and open Indo-Pacific remains a shared priority, emphasizing that mutual trust is the biggest asset in the time-tested India-Japan partnership.
🌍 Economic Security as a Key Pillar
Economic Security has rapidly emerged as a core focus. Following the 1st Economic Security Dialogue in Tokyo, both sides identified five priority sectors for strategic collaboration: semiconductors, critical minerals, pharmaceuticals, clean energy, and information and communication technology (ICT). This visit is an important step in taking forward the Special Strategic and Global Partnership between the two Asian giants.
