He made these remarks while attending the presentation ceremony of the President’s Police Colour to the Puducherry Police.

- Three Pillars of New Laws: Mr. Shah stated that the objective of the new criminal laws rests firmly on three important pillars: Technology, Timeline, and Trust, ensuring swift and transparent justice for all citizens.
- President’s Police Colour: Congratulating the Puducherry Police at the Gorimedu training ground, he noted that Puducherry has become the 18th State/Union Territory in the country to be bestowed with this highest honor for a disciplined police force.
